1And at that time Michael the great prince shall stand up, that stands over the children of your people: and there shall be a time of tribulation, such tribulation as has not been from the time that there was a nation on the earth until that time: at that time your people shall be delivered, [even] every one that is written in the book.
1“At that time Michael will stand up, the great prince who stands for the children of your people; and there will be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time. At that time your people will be delivered, everyone who is found written in the book.
2And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to reproach and everlasting shame.
2Many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth will awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.
3And the wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament, and [some] of the many righteous as the stars for ever and ever.

6And [one] said to the man clothed in linen, who was over the water of the river, When [will be] the end of the wonders which you have mentioned?

7And I heard the man clothed in linen, who was over the water of the river, and he lifted up his right hand and his left hand to heaven, and swore by him that lives for ever, that [it should be] for a time of timesand half a time: when the dispersion is ended they shall know all these things .
7I heard the man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand to heaven, and swore by him who lives forever that it will be for a time, times, and a half; and when they have finished breaking in pieces the power of the holy people, all these things will be finished.
8And I heard, but I understood not: and I said, O Lord, what [will be] the end of these things?
8I heard, but I didn’t understand. Then I said, “My lord, what will be the outcome of these things?
9And he said, Go , Daniel: for the words are closed and sealed up to the time of the end.
9He said, Go your way, Daniel; for the words are shut up and sealed until the time of the end.
10Many must be tested, and thoroughly whitened, and tried with fire, and sanctified; but the transgressors shall transgress: and none of the transgressors shall understand; but the wise shall understand.
10Many will purify themselves, and make themselves white, and be refined, but the wicked will do wickedly; and none of the wicked will understand, but those who are wise will understand.
11And from the time of the removal of the perpetual sacrifice, when the abomination of desolation shall be set up, [there shall be] a thousand two hundred and ninety days.
11“From the time that the continual burnt offering is taken away and the abomination that makes desolate set up, there will be one thousand two hundred ninety days.
12Blessed is he that waits, and comes to the thousand three hundred and thirty-five days.

13But go you, and rest; for [there are] yet days and seasons to the fulfillment of the end; and you shall stand in your lot at the end of the days.
